2The first thing you should look at is to see how long they have been in business. Check out their website to see what others have said about their services. Make sure you look at a few other moving companies as well to make sure you get the best value for your money. Once you have made up your mind on what moving company to go with, then you should ask them a few questions like, how big of a truck you will need to move your entire business.

Service

When you hire a company to move anything for that matter, they should be the ones to load and unload all of your items. They should know how to load the truck properly, so they will get the most out of the space that they have in the truck. If the items are fragile, then the company should have blankets, so nothing gets hurt or broken in the process of loading and unloading.

Time frame

It is critical that they keep on schedule so that your items arrive on time. This way, you will have the time to set up your business. If it is an over night because of the miles that the company has to travel, make sure the company pays for the room for the drivers and that they have a safe place to park the truck.

Most companies will ask if you want to invest in their insurance. What that does is pay for any damage that can happen during the process of moving your items or even theft.
